Rates

All fees quoted exclude VAT. VAT will be calculated in line with the ruling SARS rate.

All rates quoted are based on an agreed retainer, OR the specifics of a project brief, and take into account job requirements, timelines and deliverables.

Quotes are valid for 14 days and include only those services specified in the quotation, as well as local travel (within 20km of Sandton).

Scope

All strategy work includes one revert unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and all solutions are developed jointly and in consultation.

All design, copywriting, and development work includes two reverts. Any changes briefed thereafter may attract additional charges.

Any major revert will be considered as a re-brief and the project will be redefined accordingly and requoted.

Exclusions

Unless explicitly specified, we do not include the provision of any outsourced services such as copywriting, design, research and/or media in our fees.

Please discuss if you are unclear whether or not your quotation includes these items.

Provision of these services may be included at a markup on the supplier’s invoice.

Travel outside of Johannesburg, and any associated costs such as airfare and/or accommodation, will be for the client’s account. Please request a cost estimate.               

Fees

We levy a supplier management fee of 30% of the total value of any third-party invoices, unless otherwise agreed and reduced to writing. These fees are applicable where any services are either sub-contracted or managed by Jack Be Nimble on your behalf.

Scheduling

A job is considered confirmed once its deposit has been paid, and only then will it be scheduled.

Payment

Please reference your quotation for payment terms. All jobs are subject to an upfront deposit. Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Payment is accepted via EFT only. Payments made via our Walletdoc link will attract additional fees (3% service charge). Please use your invoice number as reference.

Late payments will incur penalty interest.

Copyright

Jack Be Nimble retains copyright to all work until final payment is made.

Finalisation

All projects will be considered closed and finalised 15 (fifteen) days after presentation of the final project deliverables as defined in the scope of work.

Feedback received during this period will be discussed and actioned accordingly.

Disclosure

Jack Be Nimble undertakes not to discuss the content of work with anyone outside of the business, except as is necessary in order to complete the project at hand.

Please let us know if you require us to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Retainers

All retainers are value-based retainers, emphasising the delivery of value rather than time. Your quotation provides a reference point for expectations around time required to achieve objectives.

Retainers are subject to a deposit equivalent to one month’s fees. One month’s notice is required to terminate a retainer, to allow work in progress to be concluded as fully as possible, and a detailed handover to take place.

Name Generation

A name generation fee covers the conceptualisation and handover of a single name. Should client wish to make use of more than one name conceived, a surcharge applies for each additional name you wish to retain. Costs are calculated on a sliding scale. Please request current pricing.
